Process

How do you find quality caregivers?
We seek compassionate, dependable, and qualified individuals who share our commitment to providing respectful, family-centered care.
Our caregiver selection process is designed to evaluate qualifications, experience, reliability, and suitability for providing quality home care.
Our caregivers are selected for more than their skills. We look for people who demonstrate compassion, patience, respect, dependability, and a genuine desire to help others.
We consider the client’s care needs, personality, preferences, schedule, and other important factors when determining an appropriate caregiver match.
We understand that every relationship is different. If a caregiver is not the right fit, our team will listen to your concerns and work toward an appropriate solution.
Our team maintains consistent communication with both clients and caregivers to ensure all care needs are being met. Formal contact is made every 30 days, in the form of a phone call or in-person visit. However, we remain available to address questions, concerns and changing care needs at any time. In addition to regular communication by Administrative Staff, Caregivers must be supervised in-person, by a Family Care Nurse, every 60 days.
We make every effort to provide consistency and maintain a familiar care team whenever scheduling and availability allow.
Contact our office as soon as possible. We will work with you to address the situation and determine the appropriate next steps.
Our office team is available to help with caregiver questions, scheduling concerns, service changes, or other care-related needs.

While some insurance policies such as Long-Term Care Insurance, will cover our services, the majority of our clients are typically “private pay”. This means that the funds are not covered by insurance and the responsibility falls on the client/their family. However, coverage depends on your individual insurance policy and the type of services being provided. We recommend reviewing your benefits and discussing your coverage with your insurance provider.
